Tumble Class

Recreational tumble classes are available to participants not enrolled in the CCE allstar program. From beginner to advanced classes, athletes are trained in fundamental techniques, body awareness, and safe skill progression.


  • Stretch/Warm-Up-Body positioning and to properly prepare muscles
  • Exercises used to teach muscle memory
  • Utilizing unique drills that lead to a mastered skill.
  • Customized lesson planning to maximize individualized instruction.
  • Safe Skill Progression-Each athlete must fully master the required skills before moving up to the next level.

All START Cheer​

All START Cheer is the first stop for students interested in All Star cheer! This program is a technique-centered progressional path for the first-time cheer athletes.  Our All Start Cheer class is designed for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals of all star cheer. Participants will focus on the fundamentals of jumps, motions, tumbling, and stunts as they learn a routine to be performed at the APSU Cheerleaders National Send-off!!!


  • FUN, low-pressure learning environment
  • NON-competitive
  • NO travel costs


Tuition includes a one hour class per week for 10 weeks, CCE shirt, and CCE bow.  Total tuition cost is only $125 for the 10 week session!!!!  









Stunt Class

  • Stretch/Warm-Up-Body positioning and beginner skills to prepare muscles
  • Beam Stunting- Athletes must show ability to pull and hold body positions on a stunt stand.
  • Group Stunting-Athletes will learn proper stunting techniques per level requirement with a single base or full base group


Extreme Flexibility Class

  • Dynamic Stretching- A type of sports fitness routine in which momentum and active muscular effort are used to strengthen and the end position is not held.
  • Static Stretching- Stretching a muscle (or group of muscles) to its farthest point and then maintaining or holding that position.
  • Passive Partner Stretching- One relaxed partner will be stretched to their farthest point by an instructor or a partner in the class.
