We have been working on revamping our recreational program! The new year is bringing some exciting changes! We hope that this better helps your child succeed and meets your needs as our customer. All of the changes have been put into place to create a more consistent and productive program for you and your student. Please review the new CCE Recreational contract and important changes below!

An ACH Bank Draft form and Clarksville Cheer Extreme Recreational Contract must be signed before your student will be allowed to participate in recreational classes.

Beginner Tumbling

1. No More Monthly! - We are switching from a monthly schedule to a session schedule. We will no longer offer monthly tumbling classes. Instead, we will offer 8 week sessions. We have designed our schedules to take into account all major holidays and school schedules. If the session has a major holiday or school break, the session will be extended a week to ensure all sessions include 8 weeks, with exception of the final yearly session which is discounted in price.

2. Session Evaluations & Skill Cards – During the first week of each session, instructors will evaluate your child to determine their current skill level and create a customized instruction plan to maximize their progression potential. Students will be re-evaluated during week four and week eight of each session.

Participants will be given a skill card in their first class, to help your student track their own progress. The cards will be kept by the coaches and once a skill is mastered the head instructor will mark the skill for mastery. Additionally, skill cards will be utilized during recreational staff meetings to guide instructors in creating individualized lesson plans with safety assurances for skill building. As your child acquires the skills listed on the skill card, instructors will modify individualized instruction to promote continuous improvement and progression!

Leveling Up! – Once your child has completed a level skill card, they will receive a certificate, panther bucks, and name on the CCE skill wall. Completion of Level 1 & 2 skill cards will promote your child to the intermediate class level!

3. Recreational Class Newsletters – Recreational class newsletters will be provided monthly with exciting information. Newsletters will include updates, our gym calendar, birthday shout outs, home workouts, and skill builders!
